How to manage your calendar in Rihisi App

Calendar features, Managing Schedule (scheduling, rescheduling, cancelation)

Our technical team is constantly working on updating our App and adding more features to it, but for now only limited amount of functions is available. Here is what you can do

Note: There may be an issue with synchronizing Google Calendar in the app, in this case the tutor should double-check it on desktop.
1. Manage your schedule:
- Schedule new single lessons:
To schedule a lesson, click on “Schedule tab” (lower part of the page):
Choose date, time and duration of the lesson with needed student:
- Reschedule/cancel/charge past lessons:
Click on the needed lesson, from the pop-up window choose “Reschedule lesson”
- According to our Cancelation Policy, you can charge students for being absent:
Click on the needed lesson, from the pop-up window choose “Request payment”
