What to do if you book a trial, but the tutor refused conducting it

Sometimes tutors might not be able to conduct lessons with you due to various reasons.

If after the payment for the trial lesson tutor rejects your request / cannot continue lessons with you, please kindly cancel the scheduled class and contact our customer support. We always got you covered - you can receive a free replacement with a new tutor.
