Learn about violations and penalties, and how to avoid them

What is not allowed?

It is prohibited to share any contact information while exchanging messages before the payment of the first lesson. Contact information includes any details that can be used by a tutor or a student to get in touch outside the platform, which includes but is not limited to:

Phone numbers
Emails
Skype names
The exact location where the lessons will be conducted (house number, entrance, flat)
Nicknames in social networks
External links (sharing internal Rihisi website links via private messages is allowed)

It is forbidden to share links to other websites. User's profile will be blocked for sending links to other platforms. However, the exchange of internal Rihisi links via private messages is allowed.

The following are also prohibited on our platform:

Posting advertisements or recruitment announcements searching for employees, or sending such content via Rihisi messaging system.
Violation of well-established social norms and rules including inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, and fraud.

Each complaint about a certain user shall be investigated individually by the Rihisi team and strict action will be imposed according to our policies.

Penalties

Violation of these rules will result in blocking of the profile.
For repeated or severe violations of these rules, the profile will be blacklisted and removed from the platform.

Additional rules

Rihisi reserves the sole right to assess, resolve, and make decisions regarding the above-mentioned rule violations as well as other disputes involving users of the platform or Rihisi.com itself.
In case the User does not use the funds provided to the platform and/or hours acquired for such funds during the period of more than 180 (one hundred eighty) days starting from the date of provision of such funds to the platform, funds and hours of the User will be irreversibly lost and would not be refunded upon request.
If you decided to exercise your right to change a tutor after the first lesson, you can do so for free no more than 2 (two) times. If you have already exhausted this limit of free replacements, all further first lessons with any other new tutor should be paid on a regular basis.
Rihisi is not responsible for any kind of fees charged by payment systems and will not cover them when initiating a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion only.
