Where to find my requests? Rejecting student requests

Receiving, responding or rejecting requests from students

Where to find my requests?

Once a student sends a message or books a lesson with a specific tutor, a new request is created in the 'Messages' menu, where all active and archived conversations with students are stored.

Tutors are able to archive requests from particular students if they are not willing to teach them (see the screenshot).

Archived requests can be restored by clicking the '...' button (3 dots on each request line) and selecting 'Archive/Unarchive student'.

From the requests page, you can find out more about the student, including the subject, level of the student, student's timezone, lesson time, and student's goal.

Rejecting student’s request

There are times you do not wish to continue with some students.

If you are unable to conduct the lessons with students:

  1. Please kindly get in touch with the student through our platform in 'Messages'.

  2. Explain the situation to them.

  3. Then reschedule/cancel the lessons already scheduled.

  4. Ask your student to contact us, so we could transfer their credits to another tutor.

Please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you have any questions.
