The subscription model will allow you to plan the set amount of hours per week you are going to dedicate to the learning process, and pay for them regularly.

How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription via credit card (we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover). If you have your card details saved in your Rihisi account, you will be billed automatically.
What happens if I don’t use all my lessons (hours) of the month?
Your unused hours will expire at the end of your billing cycle. If you want to avoid losing them, you can schedule the remaining lessons in advance.
Can I pay for my subscription using Referral bonus?
Subscription referral credit will not apply - Referral bonus can be only spent for trial lesson and initial payment for subscription when a user visits check out page. The discount will not apply during automatic charges (refills).
Can I change my subscription plan?
Please reach out to our support team to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Can I change a tutor for my subscription?
If you’re not satisfied with your tutor, our support team will be able to provide you with a free replacement trial and guide you through the process.
Can I have more than one tutor?
Of course! You can have a separate subscription for each tutor on your list.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to proceed with cancelling your subscription, please contact our support team.
After you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next month. You can still take lessons with the remaining balance of the current month.
Can I postpone my renewal date?
Yes, you can postpone your renewal date by up to 20 days when you need more time to use your lessons. On the new renewal date, the system will refill your lesson balance and charge your saved payment method. If you need to refill your balance earlier than your new renewal date, you can renew your subscription immediately anytime. Your following renewals will happen every 28 days from the new selected date. You can change your renewal to a later date once per billing cycle
Can I get a refund?
If you need a refund for the current month charged, we may issue it upon your request anytime. The following conditions must be met:
You have not taken any lessons of the plan this month
The payment was made less than 28 days ago
To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide us with the following information:
Name of the tutor
Reasons for a refund (Were you not satisfied with the tutor? Personal reasons? etc.)
Note: You are not eligible for a refund if you used at least one lesson from the monthly plan. You can decide to cancel your subscription, which will stop charges in the future, and use the remaining hours of this month.
