How to add extra hours to your subscription

If you run out of hours before the next subscription payment, you can top up your balance for up to 8 hours before your next billing cycle payment. You can top up your balance up to 2 times per billing cycle.

Please note: unused hours added with top-up will still expire according to general subscription rules. During the top-up payment, you will see that you need to use/schedule these hours until your next subscription renewal date.

To top up your balance:

1.Go to Settings page > Subscription
2.Choose the subscription with the tutor that you want to top up
3.Click on three dots to see more options and choose ‘Add extra hours’:
Then you can choose the number of hours to add and proceed to checkout:
If you wish to get more hours every month, you can upgrade your subscription.
