Introductory video visibility issues

What to do if your students cannot see your introductory video

To ensure that the video is visible to our Tutor Success team and your prospective students, please following the following recommendations

Your video may be private on YouTube or Vimeo. Please set the privacy settings of your video to public.
The link you posted may be invalid. Please check that you posted a valid link.
The video may be unavailable for playback on other sites. To fix this, go to the advanced settings of your video on YouTube and check the box ‘Allow embedding.’

Once you update your settings, delete the current video link and paste the new one on the Video page in your Rihisi profile.
