Students and tutors can connect easily through the Rihisi Classroom for a high quality and secure online learning environment.

If you encounter any problems using the Rihisi Classroom, we will provide assistance as needed so you may get back to your lesson smoothly in a timely manner!

How do I go to Rihisi Classroom?

Everyone has a unique link to the Rihisi Classroom, where they take lessons with and send messages to each tutor or student.

You’ll find your unique link on My lessons and Messages pages of Rihisi.com and in all lesson scheduling and reminder emails. You’ll also find the link in your calendar events, browser push notifications, and SMS messages if you have allowed these in your notification settings.

Can I access the Rihisi Classroom on my phone or tablet?

Yes! We are a mobile platform and you’ll have full functionality on your phone or tablet, including video calls, file sharing, and messaging.

Can I send messages in the Rihisi Classroom outside my lesson? How will I know if I get a new message?

Yes, you can send and read messages in the Rihisi Classroom at any time. Use messages to communicate during your lesson - they’ll be saved so you can review them later.

You’ll receive notifications about new messages on the Messages page.

How do students confirm lessons in the Rihisi Classroom?

Students can confirm lessons on My lessons page or using the link in the confirmation reminder email. If the lesson was successfully provided - our system will automatically confirm the lesson in 15 minutes after the lesson is over, if no issue has been reported about the lesson.

What if the other person doesn’t show up?

We send reminders to all students and tutors before each lesson. If your tutor or student doesn’t show up, you can send them a message in the Rihisi Classroom or other chat tool.

If the lesson didn't happen, you can reschedule or cancel.

  • If you’re a student, please contact your tutor and discuss the possibility of canceling or rescheduling the lesson. If your tutor does not reply to you back during the next 24 hours, please contact Rihisi support.

  • If you’re a tutor, you can reschedule or cancel the lesson from your Rihisi Calendar page after initially scheduled lesson time.

What if I have technical problems and can’t complete a lesson?

If you have a technical problem with the Rihisi Classroom, send a message to the other person and meet for your lesson using another video tool, such as Skype.

After your lesson has been completed, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the problem. We’ll make note of the problem and work towards a solution in our next update.

How can I give feedback or suggestions?

At Rihisi, we’re always learning. We’re proud of our language expertise, but we’re still working on making the perfect Classroom. If you’ve found a problem or have a suggestion, please contact Rihisi support.
