We will provide a free replacement with another tutor if:

tutor didn’t show up
tutor didn’t meet your expectations

To request a free replacement, please contact our customer support team and provide:

name of the previous tutor
a link to the new tutor's profile
subject you’re learning

Please note that according to our Payment policy for your first paid trial lesson at Rihisi, it is only possible to request 2 free replacements. If you have already received 2 free replacements, all further trial lessons must be paid.

If you already have a prepaid balance of hours with a tutor, you can transfer your paid credits to another tutor.
