How to change renewal date/cancel/reactivate your subscription

Changing the renewal date of subscription

You can postpone your renewal date by up to 20 days when you need more time to use your lessons.

On the new renewal date, we’ll refill your lesson balance and charge your saved payment method. If you need to refill your balance earlier than your new renewal date, you can renew your subscription immediately anytime.

Your following renewals will happen every 28 days from the new selected date.

You can change your renewal to a later date once per billing cycle.

If you wish to change renewal date of your subscription, please:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click on 'Change renewal date' button for the subscription you wish to change

Cancelling subscription

Your subscription won't renew. After you cancel, you can still take the scheduled lessons.

Please note: if you cancel the subscription, the unused balance can be still written off at the end of the 28-day cycle, if you do not schedule the lessons.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription

2. Click on 'Cancel' button for the subscription you wish to be canceled

3. Specify the reason for cancellation and confirm your action. Done!

Reactivating subscription

To reactivate your subscription, please go to My lessons and click ‘Resubscribe’

If you cancel your subscription and would like to start it again, you will need to click Buy hours at the top of the page to reactivate it. Select your tutor to continue your learning.
