What does my level test result mean?
Find out about language proficiency levels and how to progress
At Rihisi we know that language learning requires a lot of effort and discipline. It is not always easy to see the progress you make as you take lessons. Some of the indicators of your progress can be your personal feeling (i.e. you notice it's getting easier for you to talk to your colleagues in a foreign language), your tutor's feedback, and the results of your level tests. Rihisi's level tests are especially helpful because they can show you in a very clear way where you started and how much you've progressed. That's why we recommend that you always take level tests when prompted.
Rihisi levels are based on the renowned CEFR levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. We have divided the levels further into smaller ones to make it easier to see real progress.
What’s your placement test result?
When you start your learning journey on Rihisi and take a level test for the first time, you get placed in 1 of the Rihisi language levels. From that point, it takes approximately 30 lessons to get to the next level. If you take 3 lessons a week, you will arrive at the next level in 3 months.
Practice makes perfect, and good things take time. Talk to your tutor about your next steps.
