How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription

If you would like to change your subscription plan, please follow these steps:

1. Go to My lessons page
2. Choose the tutor, with whom you would like to change your subscription plan and click ‘Change your plan’

3. In the popped up window, choose the plan that works for you (1,2,3,4, or 5 hours per week) and click ‘Update’

4. Proceed to the checkout if you wanted an upgrade, or confirm your actions if you wish to downgrade your plan

In case you would like to add a bit of extra hours to your subscription before the billing date, please follow these instructions.
