You may have noticed that some tutors have a Super tutor badge on their profile. This article will briefly explain what this badge means and how these amazing tutors are selected.

What is a Super tutor?

We award the Super tutor badge to tutors who have particularly impressed us over recent months.

Any tutor who meets the criteria over the considered period of time will receive the badge and keep it until the next assessment period.

How do tutors get the badge?

To receive the Super tutor badge, tutors need to have:

taught a considerable number of lessons
canceled very few upcoming trial lessons
impressed students in trial lessons
received high average lesson ratings
maintained a 100% attendance rate

These criteria may change in the future, as we continue expanding our understanding of what makes a tutor stand out.

Should I only choose a Super tutor?

There are thousands of great tutors on Rihisi and not all of them will meet the criteria to become a Super tutor.

That being said, the Super tutor badge is a great indication of a tutor’s professionalism and dedication to students over recent months.
