How to report an issue
Where to report you had issues with the lesson
We’re terribly sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with your lesson. These issues can be associated with a technical problem, incomplete lesson, or tutor/student absence. Reporting an issue about the lesson helps our customer support team analyze the case and provide possible solutions.
There are several ways to report an issue with the lesson.
If the issue happened during the lesson, you can leave the Rihisi Classroom early to see a prompt for reporting an issue:
After that, you can select the option that is closest to the issue you’re experiencing. You can also leave a comment explaining the situation:
If you have a lesson waiting for confirmation, you will see a pop up prompting you to either confirm the lesson or report an issue.
Please note: students should confirm only those lessons that took place, as lesson confirmation is final and cannot be reverted.
Once you click ‘Report issue’, you will see a list of the possible reasons and, once selected, the suggested solutions:
You can also report an issue from My lessons page. Find the lesson you'd like to report and click on 'Report issue':
After reporting an issue, your lesson will have 'Awaiting resolution' status both for you and your tutor until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.
