Transfer of funds among tutors

Only available lessons at the balance will be transferred. If you have scheduled or unconfirmed lessons, you should cancel those first in order to transfer.

You have 3 different entry points:

From My lessons page, transfer button available for the specific tutor;
From “Buy lessons”/ “Add extra lessons” button
From the “Subscription” tab in Settings
1. Choose the type of transfer
2. From which tutor to which you wish to transfer
3. Choose the reason for transfer
- Transfer balance for a trial lesson
  
  You can transfer 1 lesson to any new tutor of your choice just for a trial lesson, just make sure to write them a message for them to appear on your list. In case the rate of the new tutor is higher than your initial tutor’s rate, you will pay the difference. If the rate of the new tutor is lower, you will get the difference as a discount for your next purchase on the platform.
Transfer lessons
You can transfer any amount of lessons from those available with your initial tutor. If the rate of the other tutor is lower, your transferred lessons will be recalculated accordingly. If the rate of the other tutor is higher, you will pay the difference.
Note: this type of transfer works only if you have active subscription with the aim tutor (to whom you wish to transfer to)

If you don't have an active subscription with the second tutor yet, please refer to Transfer subscription section below.
- Transfer subscription
  You can transfer your active or cancelled subscription from one tutor to another. You can transfer it only to a tutor with whom you don't have a subscription yet, or it has been stopped. The subscription and the renewal date of it will stay the same after the transfer.
- Note: It is not possible to upgrade/downgrade subscription during the transfer.
