Receipt for payments

How you can get a confirmation of your payment

We can provide a receipt for your recent payments on the website upon your request. To request a receipt, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Settings > Payment history

2. Choose the transaction for which you would like to get a receipt and click on 'Get receipt' or click on 'Download all' to create a consolidated receipt for all your transactions:

3. If you need your receipt to contain specific information (address, company name or VAT number, etc), you can click on 'Update billing info' to add it:

The receipt is going to be downloaded to your device automatically and will look like this:
