What to do if your payment doesn't go through

It might happen that due to various reasons we are not able to process your payment.

In such cases, please kindly try the following:

Check if you are using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Please note, we do not support Maestro.
Check if the card details have been entered correctly (Name, Card number, Expiry date, and CVV number)
Clarify with your bank if there are any limitations for online purchases/ international payments
