How to delete your profile

Saying goodbye to your learning journey on Rihisi

You can delete your student profile under the 'Settings' menu by clicking on the red 'Delete account' button at the bottom of the page.

We will ask to enter your email address used to register on our platform in order to confirm the deletion of the account.

Please keep in mind that deleting the profile does not initiate lesson cancellations or refund of your unused balance.
